Filtered by your trade

Every permit is categorized across 22 trades — Roofing, HVAC, Demolition, Second Suites, Framing and more — so you only see work you can bid on.

Real project values

Estimated construction budgets on every record where the city publishes them, bracketed so you can prioritize the jobs worth chasing.

Contractor names where published

Vancouver and Calgary publish builder and applicant business names — included in those feeds. Ontario cities do not publish names, and we never invent or append them.

FAQ

Where does this data come from?

Official municipal open-data feeds, published by Canadian cities under Open Government Licences that permit commercial use. We clean the records, classify them into 22 trades, and deliver them as spreadsheets.

Does the sheet include homeowner phone numbers or personal emails?

No. Ontario cities do not publish homeowner or contractor names (MFIPPA), and we do not sell or append personal data. Vancouver and Calgary publish contractor business names, which are included in those feeds.

Can I email the businesses in the feed? (CASL)

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation applies to your outreach. Under CASL's conspicuous-publication rule, you may email a business without prior express consent only if the address was publicly published without a "no unsolicited email" notice, your message is relevant to the recipient's business role, and it carries your full business identification and a working unsubscribe. You are responsible for your own marketing compliance.

How do the Ontario tax-sale alerts work?

When Ontario property taxes are in arrears long enough, the municipality may sell the property by public tender under Part XI of the Municipal Act, 2001. We track the published notices and send the roll number, minimum tender amount, 20% deposit, and closing date.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no setup fees, no cancellation penalties.
